Ryzen Properties LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the calls, texts and emails we exchange with you.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to evaluate a property and stay in touch with you.

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and anything you type into a form or tell us on a call.
• Call records: we record inbound and outbound calls on our business lines for quality and training, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will stop the recording.
• Basic technical information: your IP address and the pages you viewed, used to keep the site working and to block automated abuse of our forms.

We do not use advertising trackers, third party analytics profiles, or session replay on this site.

How we use it

• To contact you about the property you asked us about.
• To prepare and present an offer, and to complete a transaction if you accept one.
• To share the details of a property we have under contract with investors on our buyer list. We share the property, not your personal contact details.
• To meet our legal, tax and record keeping obligations.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not rent or trade your contact details to lead resellers.
• We do not send marketing about anything other than buying your property.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who make our business work, such as our phone provider, our email provider, our hosting provider, title companies, attorneys and closing agents. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep transaction records for as long as the law requires, generally seven years. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep the minimum record needed to honor that request permanently, because deleting it entirely would mean contacting you again by mistake.

Your choices

• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by phone, email, or by replying stop to a text. We add you to our do not contact list immediately.
• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information, which we do except where we are required to keep a record.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number we may text you about your property. Message and data rates may apply. Reply stop to any message to opt out of texts.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections, access controls, and audit logging on the internal systems that hold it. No system is perfect, but we treat your information as if it were our own.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
