We are investors, not agents

Ryzen Properties LLC is a real estate investment company. We buy properties directly for our own account and with our partners, and we may resell or assign our interest in a property to another buyer. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers, we do not list properties for sale, and we do not represent you in any brokerage capacity. Nothing on this site is an offer of brokerage services.

No offer until it is in writing

Any number we discuss by phone, email or text is an estimate based on what we know at that moment. It is not a binding offer. An offer becomes binding only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Estimates may change once we see the property, review title, or learn something material we did not know.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing on this site or in our conversations is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Selling a property has consequences that depend on your specific situation. We encourage you to consult your own attorney and tax advisor before signing anything, including anything we send you.

Information you give us

You agree that the information you submit through our forms is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the owner of the property you are asking us about, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner. Our privacy policy explains what we do with it.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit a form or call us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text and email about your property. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will. Calls on our business lines are recorded.
